skinSOOTHE (PTY) LTD Delivery Options
At skinSOOTHE, our aim is to get your best in on-the-go skin support order to you as quickly, conveniently and cost-effectively as possible.
Orders are delivered nationwide, either to your doorstep or a locker (pick-up point) of your choice, anywhere within the borders of South Africa. Please provide clear instructions during check-out for special conditions or instructions that need to be followed for delivery (eg. specific times the parcels must delivered).
Orders are dispatched via a courier service, to the shipping address or pick-up point you provided during the order check-out process. The options are:
- Courier delivery to your doorstep during working hours, Monday to Friday
- PUDO Locker collection with 36 hours once delivered to the destination locker (pick-up point of your choice)
Delivery is free for orders over R350. Delivery to remote areas (ie. farms in outlying areas) is a challenge, and the PUDO service will most likely be used for these. For orders less than R350, during the order check-out process, you can select the most cost-effective and convenient option for you.
The courier service will send you notifications on timelines for delivery, once we have handed over your parcel to them. On the rare occasion that delivery timelines might be affected by unforeseen circumstances (eg. adverse weather, closed roads, strikes, etc), we apologise for this in advance and request that you contact us with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter.
Delivery to main city centres takes approximately 1-4 working days after dispatch. Outlying areas 5-7 working days. Express courier delivery to qualifying areas is available by arrangement only. Please contact us to arrange this.
In case you need to change your delivery address, please get in touch with us before we have handed over the parcel to the courier. Once in the courier’s hands, the intended destination cannot be changed.
Your chosen delivery (shipping) address should be an address where somebody you trust will be available to accept your order. In order for us to prove that delivery of an order has been completed, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
